How many resources are published every week?
We are releasing on average a few hundreds to a few thousands resources each week. Note that some resources are in multiple positions, environments and materials.
What kind of file do I get?
All mockups are PSD files compatible with Photoshop CS6 and its most recent versions. Our PSD files are compatible with Affinity Designer, but the feature "Auto Wrapper" is not supported by Affinity's software. We recommend to try our free resources before purchasing. Most textures are editable and available as PSD files. But some are JPEGs.
How do you handle my payment data?
We do not store payment data. All sensitive payment data is processed by Stripe, a company trusted to process payments for some of the biggest organisations in the world such as Unicef, Facebook, Pinterest and Shopify.
Can I get a refund?
As you can try the free resources before making a purchase, we do not offer refunds.
I need a specific item. Can you make it?
Yes, we can make it for you. We made hundreds of items and some new features at the request of users. Depending on the complexity, it can take 7 days up to 4 weeks to release it.
Can I continue to resell assets if I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription and keep reselling assets made with our resources.
Can I resell your assets without modifying them?
No, you can't resell our assets without any modification. You need to create your own scenes and items from what we offer. The assets you create must be distinguishable from ours, so that they don't directly compete. You can use our scenes to create yours but there must be a visual difference induced by a serious effort to create your scene.
What is the license for freebies for a reseller?
Freebies downloaded as a reseller will fall under the Reseller License.
Where can I resell or distribute my assets?
You can resell or sub-license them anywhere that's convenient for you in accordance with the license terms. It can be any marketplace, your online shop or your social account... You can offer them for free or not.
Can I add the assets in my on-demand apps?
Implementation in On-Demand Applications (Such as Print-on-Demand and Create-on-Demand Services) for Commercial Use or Non-Commercial Use is prohibited. A custom license will be necessary to cover this case.
